Тут прикалываются над северокорейской армией... по английски (заранее извиняюсь):
The North Koreans love their Katyusha rockets. Here we see them mounted on older model, likely Soviet-made trucks.
Everything in North Korea is staged. Here we see Kim Jong Un being shown what looks like a military computer. Notice the Logitech mouse that used to be sold in the United States in the early 2000s. Seriously, this is probably considered "advanced technology" in North Korea.
I can't think of another army in the world that uses farm equipment, not on farms, but to pull artillery. To make matters worse, the artillery being pulled are similar to the Katyusha rocket systems employed by the Soviet Union in World War II. They are unguided and used to saturation strikes, where you want to try to blow everything up in a certain area. The problem is, they can't be guided and often are inaccurate.
Pictured above we have some of North Korea's Special Forces troops. North Korea boasts one of the largest Special Forces contingents in the world. Here we see one trooper firing with his eyes closed. The tactics being used are also head-scratching. Who wears neon green camo? Why would they emerge helter skelter from the woodline. If these are Spec Ops troops one can only hope these are not the cream of the crop even though they are probably considered so since this picture was allowed.
These types of anti-aircraft guns are effective against helicopters but are pointless against high-flying jets. North Korea is too dependent upon weapons of this sort, some of which are probably left over from the 1950s where that technology is still still state-of-the-art.
The majority of the tanks in the North Korean army are old Soviet technology like the T-72 that proved impotent against older American tanks like the M-60 MBT in Desert Storm. The M-60 MBT is retired and replaced across all services by newer M1A1 Abrams tanks. While North Korea does have newer tanks from China and produces their own variants on Soviet designs those have not seen combat in any part of the world yet. Most of North Korea's armor are these lovely outdated models which could be T-55s or T-62s
Here we see Glorious Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un and a few of his officers posing with what they are probably touting as some uber-cool death ray. More than likely it is a prop, spotlight, rangefinder or infared camera. It's probably just a really cool headlight design on a North Korean submarine (you know, so they can see where their going at night under water). If it were a truly sensitive piece of equipment the Supreme Leader wouldn't be leaning on it like that and the officers wouldn't look so confused as to what it was
Such a frightening display! I wouldn't be surprised if shortly after this picture was taken half the trucks fell off the cliff. Nothing like relying on World War II technology in the 21st Century
During the Korean War, North Koreans would try to overwhelm Allied forces by sheer numbers. They would mass attack and, as we can see here, their tactics haven't changed much. Notice the poor muzzle awareness of so many of their soldiers. Notice the tight grouping. Notice the uniforms. Notice the leaves stuck in hats. Notice the fingers on the triggers even with friendly soldiers in front of them. This is far from a professional military. Or, maybe they just don't care.
Here we see a North Korean general photographed but someone forgot to remove the attack plan against the United States. Whoops. Thanks for making it easy North Korea. Also, not sure how you plan on reaching the United States with a poor navy, old air force and missile technology that can't reach the mainland. You keep trying though!
The North Korean army apparently thinks draping a couple of branches over their back and chests will hide them from the enemy. Yeah, we can't see you at all guys. I wonder what they do in the winter when snow is on the ground. Probably pelt each other with snowballs to "blend in."
Notice how in all the pictures you never saw a North Korean soldier wearing body armor. Well, North Korean body armor is really just a thick jacket and the guy in front of you. Good plan!
This is probably what North Korean soldiers will look like when they see combat for the first time against a modern army. They also could be running away from the DMZ after some South Korean soldier started playing "Gangham Style" too loud on his iPod.
That dark area shows you the extreme poverty in North Korea. Many villages in the North don't have electricity or running water. Famine is rampant and North Korean citizens are starving by the thousands. Even the cities with electricity suffer from chronic outages and lack of consistent infrastructure like running water. That little dot of white you see in the North is Pyongyang, the capital. If North Korea ever did invade South Korea they might be too mesmerized by lights, flushing toilets and iPads to really fight.
